For overnight itineraries or a crossing toward Ibiza or Formentera, we go through customs and permit requirements with you in advance, including the Cabrera National Park permit if that stop is part of the plan. Nothing goes on the itinerary as confirmed until the paperwork is in place.
Guest count and sleeping capacity are checked against the vessel's actual layout before a booking is confirmed, not assumed from brochure category. If a route calls for a different draft or range than the boat you first liked, we say so.
Fresh produce and onboard supplies can be sourced through Palma's Mercado de l'Olivar or the provisioners on Moll de Palma and loaded before you arrive at the marina. We coordinate the order once your route, guest count and any beach-club stops are settled.
When dates are close and the usual first-choice vessels are already committed, we check the fleet by size, marina and route fit rather than by brand alone, and tell you plainly if a suitable boat isn't available for those dates.
For families, we favour east coast calas such as Cala Mondragó and Cala Pi, sheltered from westerly winds with calmer water close to shore, and flag conditions on more exposed north coast routes such as the Formentor run before they go into the plan.
